Cancellation Policy
Proof of ID will be required on check in with provision of relevant credit card or a $250 cash deposit for security purposes and to cover incidental charges. Whilst we hope you enjoy your stay with us we ask that you respect other guests and keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm. A cleaning fee of $30 - $50 will apply if villa is left untidy. Occupancy numbers you have booked must be strictly adhered to. Pets are not allowed. All discounts are based on door rates only. Reservations are held in good faith for your arrival. Check In Time is between 2pm and 6:30pm and Check Out Time is 10am. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on balconies or open areas. We reserve the right to charge the provided card if Terms and Conditions are not met. Late arrivals will be deemed as a no show and may result in booking cancelled or a late fee applied. To request late arrival please call Reception PRIOR to 6.00pm day of booking A cancellation fee of total booked tariff applies to bookings cancelled or changed within 72Hrs (7 days School Holidays Public Holidays and Long Weekends). (Cancellation is calculated from 2pm day of arrival) Prior to 72Hrs of booking NO charges or fees will apply for cancellations or changes to existing booking.
