Abbey Cottage is a fully functional house with a full kitchen. It is within 2.5 km from the Brisbane city centre and is immediately adjacent to a bus stop directly to the city. The cable internet facility is free of charge. The property is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Located in the cafe' precinct of Paddington, all the amenities are a short walk away. It is close to supermarkets and if it is a coffee that you are after, stroll to one or more coffee shops. Free street parking is readily available.

Cheap, comfortable, clean and convenient, Abbey Cottage welcomes you home after a long day out. A short set of stairs leads you to your front door. Abbey Cottage opens up onto a sunny double bedroom with built in cupboards and separate bathroom and toilet in the first section. Down 2 stairs into a cozy lounge with TV and dvd player. This opens up onto the second bedroom with both a double bed as well as a single bed and a functional kitchen which has all you need to put together your meals. A large covered balcony overlooking a growing garden with leafy surrounds is just outside the lounge. Accommodation is as follows: 1 Queensize bedroom in the main bedroom (plus trundle bed if necessary) 2 Double bed in bedroom 2 3 Single bed in bedroom 2 4 Portacot available free of charge for those with a little one (on request) Parking: On-street parking is available on the street above the house. There is no charge and there is always space available. Abbey Cottage is perfect for accommodating families, couples or business travellers, whether holidaying, relocating or migrating. Abbey Cottage is the downstairs unit of two, one up, one down .Both have completely separate entrances with no internal stairs. Abbey Cottage is situated in a quiet street off Latrobe Terrace and is just 2.5 km to the city. Vibrant Paddington shops, art galleries and restaurants are just a stroll down the road. The bus route is across the road and a short car ride will take you to: Suncorp Stadium (5 minutes) The City (10 minutes) Southbank and Roma Street Parklands (10 minutes) Theatres, Queensland Art Galleries, Museum/Sciencecentre (10 - 15 minutes) A choice of cinemas in the city or at the top of Caxton Street (5 minutes) Roma Street Station (10 minutes) Craft and Farmers markets (5 - 10 minutes) Hospitals (10 minutes) Universities (15 minutes) Secondary Schools (5 minutes) Abbey Cottage also allows easy access to the Inner City Bypass (for the airport - 25 minutes and Sunshine Coast - 45 minutes) and the South East Freeway (for the Gold coast and travel south).

Cancellation Policy
Full amount to be received prior to occupancy. If not the owner has right to cancel & re let. Payment of dep constitutes clients acceptance of T & Cs. 50% non-refundable dep requested up-front. If cancellation is caused by client dep is not refundable unless house is re-let for entire period. Remaining 50% is payable 7 days prior to start - cancellation after final amount paid may result in a refund. However refund would be dependant on whether owner is able to replace booking in part or full. Owner will make every effort to ensure the property is available. However owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Owner reserves the right to refuse admission. Number of Guests must not exceed 6 people. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with owner in advance. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments. Noise .We are close to all amenities and yet are based in a quiet suburban area. Please consider our neighbours and the cottage below you. Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of rental. Damage Breakages Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility. Any damage of Abbey Cottage property will be paid for by the persons or group of people responsible for such damage. this includes loss of revenue if any rooms are damaged and cannot be let for any period. Non-Smoking - Strictly a NON-SMOKING area A $150.00 penalty will be charged if anyone smokes inside the house. Naked flames are strictly prohibited. Internet feed is supplied as a gratuity. It does not form part of the rental. Indemnity. Acceptance of these terms specifically indemnifies the owner from injuries or damage to the occupants of the rental or others as a result of accident or otherwise.Owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
