Cancellation Policy

Full payment of entire booking will apply where any dates of stay are cancelled a property change made or date amendments made within 30 days of arrival. .

All special requests are noted on your booking. All requests are subject to availability only and can not be guaranteed. We advise that allocation of floor or apartment can not be guaranteed and is also subject to availability. All room numbers are allocated on check in only.

Reception is open 7am to 8pm; please contact reception if you plan to arrive outside these hours.

Parking is available for one car per unit only. No camper trailers or boats are permitted under body corporate by laws.

Upon check in you will be required to present a credit card for a $100.00 pre authorisation. This authorisation is a ‘hold’ on those funds and will be released back into your account if not used.

If you do not have a credit card you are required to leave a $100.00 cash deposit which will be refunded less any incidental charges on check out.

All rates are quoted in AUD and do not include a Housekeeping Daily Servicing; room refreshes are available at a fee.

In line with GST Legislation all rates are input tax and not subject to GST. Apartments are fully self-contained including washer dryer full size fridge dishwasher and oven.

Smoke detectors are sensitive and setting alarms off may incur the QFD charge of $990. Should you intend on cooking please consider carefully what you bring to ensure no smoke is involved (eg. frying in butter or oils is not recommended).

All apartments are NON SMOKING ($100 dry cleaning fees apply if guest has been smoking in apartment during their stay).
