Kipara Tropical Rainforest Retreat is located on an immense property and surrounded by lush tropical rainforest. They offer a wide range of facilities that caters superbly to both the overnight traveller and the short term resident. Kipara is two kilometres away from Airlie Beach, conveniently located less than one kilometre from the Whitsunday PCYC and Sports Park, 500 metres from the local bowls club, 400 metres from Tavern for drinks and meals, 300 metres from grocery store, gym and only steps away from public transport. The park comprises more than 75 private rooms, dispersed in blocks of three accommodation buildings. They also have 13 Self Contained Cabins/Villas, some with private verandas, located close to the pool and barbecue areas. Located on site for guests convenience are two fully equipped camp kitchens, one Pool BBQ area, a cosy pool and sundeck, a large function room that groups of all numbers can utilise, guest laundry facilities, wireless internet access and free Tour Bookings available to plan and organise any and all excursions to the magnificent Whitsunday Islands!

Reservations made on the 2 Night Rate or 7 Night Rate are booked on the Non-Refundable cancellation policy; cancellations and refunds are not permitted, although a modification to your stay dates is possible until 3 days before the date of arrival. SALES TAX All transaction are inclusive of GST to the value of 10% of total cost.
