The Boatshed is set on the waterfront of Macleay Island in the sheltered waters of the Moreton Bay Marine Park. The island is rich in native flora and fauna, edged with mangrove foreshores and sandy beaches, an eco-tourism dream and bird watchers nirvana, the calm waters are great for fishing, swimming or sea kayaking.
Visitors can enjoy gourmet breakfasts, champagne sunsets, dining out, mingle with the locals, playing golf, tennis or lawn bowls or simply slip into island time and do nothing.

There are three luxurious queen size bedrooms each with beautifully appointed ensuites. The fourth bedroom is adaptable with either a king size bed or two singles. This suite is disabled friendly with a huge ensuite. Each suite has a private entrance to the verandahs and gardens.
There is a peaceful guest lounge, dining area and lots of private areas available in the gardens to relax in.
