Cancellation Policy
Deposits can be transferred to another date subject to availability but NOT during peak periods such as Christmas holidays school holidays long weekends and public holidays. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a loss of the total deposit unless the house can be resold. In such case an administration Fee of 10% of the deposit will be charged and balance of deposit refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a loss of the total deposit. Guest refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
