Cancellation Policy
Cancellation outside 30 days of arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will be charged 1 nights' accommodation of the average nightly rate. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations outside of 7 days of arrival may be transferable to an alternative date within 6 months of the cancellation date. Bookings transferred to an alternate date can only be transferred once. Applicable nightly rates may increase due to season change and are subject to availability. Booking that have been transferred to an alternate date and then cancelled are non-refundable.
