All Bookings require Credit Card Details to be held for Confirmation & Security. All Cancellations will incur a $15 Admin Fee. Any Motel Room Cancellation made less than 48hours before Arrival will incur 1st Nights Accommodation Cost. Any Cottage Cancellations made less than 1 Weeks notice will incur FULL Accommodation Booking Cost. Peak periods: Bookings for Festivals Long Weekends Easter Labor Day weekend and Queens Birthday weekend require payment of the first nights charge 14 days in advance with no refund for cancellation. All GROUP Booking (over 5 Rooms) Require $200 deposit on Booking & FULL Payment made 3 weeks prior to arrival.
