PAYMENT POLICY All bookings must be secured by a 50% deposit. Balance of payment is due a min. of 30 days prior to arrival or deposit will be forfeited and accommodation re-let. For bookings within 30 days of arrival full payment is required in order to secure your booking. You will be required to provide a credit card imprint or equivalent at check-in to cover incidental charges. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. In addition to eliminate identity fraud we will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 30 days notice of cancellation is required for a refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: all monies paid will be forfeited if the villa cannot be re-let for the entire period. No-shows: all monies paid will be forfeited - including any ordered meals. All refunds are less a cancellation fee of $100.
