Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy is 24 hours. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night?s accommodation PER room booked. Bookings that do not arrive (No Show) will be charged TOTAL accommodation booked as cancellation fee. An administration fee of $22.00 AUD per booking is applied to all changes.
