Annual General Meeting

The Queensland Information Centre Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 28th October 2021 by Zoom.

Details of the AGM:

Time: 9.00am

Venue: via Zoom

If you are unable to attend the conference, you are welcome to attend the AGM via Zoom. Attendees must register to attendvia this link. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Attending the AGM:

Please advise your attendance or apology by email to qldvic@gmail.com by 5pm Monday 25th October 2021. Please include your name in the email and a link will be sent if not attending in person at the conference.

Proxy vote:

Members have the opportunity to appoint a proxy vote on their behalf for or against a resolution. Please send Proxy Form to the Secretary by Friday 22nd October 2021.
