Cancellation Policy
If a tour is cancelled by Brisbane By Bicycle (e.g. for safety concerns such as heavy rain thunderstorms excessive heat) your tour can be rescheduled or alternatively a full refund offered. We will contact you to reschedule. Cancellation by you: At Brisbane By Bicycle we are flexible and happy to have you on another tour at a time that suits you. Please contact us in order to discuss your options. We don’t want anyone missing out on the tour so will do our very best to accommodate you. If you need to cancel your tour entirely the following policies apply. Same day cancellation: You may choose to reschedule the day of your tour (depending on availability). Unfortunately no refunds can be offered for same-day cancellations or no-shows if we cannot re-schedule due to lack of availability. 48 hours prior cancellation: You may choose to reschedule the day of your tour (depending on availability) or request a refund with a 50% cancellation fee. 72 hours notice of cancellation: You may choose to reschedule the day of your tour (depending on availability ) or request a refund with a 20% cancellation fee.
