Gladstone Fishing charters and Eco Tours offers a unique single day fishing experience on the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. The vessel is a high speed Kevlacat 2400 Offshore. It is custom built for serious offshore fishing. The vessel comfortably fishes four passengers. Charters operate around the Capricorn Bunker Group of islands located off Gladstone. The charters are by day and are an 11 hour experience. Contact us today to book your charter. All fishing gear/tackle and bait is supplied and is of great quality. Guests simply turn up with a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and spend the day chasing quality reef fish; such as, coral trout, red throated emperor and red emperor. Regulations apply to personal bag limits with a total of 20 fish per person. Lunch, snacks and non alcoholic drinks are supplied. The vessel is licensed to carry 5 passengers; however, fishing is restricted to 4 people. Eco tours are also offered for people interested in taking in the amazing sights the great barrier reef has to offer above and beneath its crystal clear waters such as the abundant fish life, the amazing coral formations , turtles, dolphins and many other sea creatures. Visit one of the pristine uninhabited coral cays that are home to a vast array of sea birds nesting within the dense vegetation surrounded by pure white sandy beaches. Lunch, snacks and non alcoholic drinks are supplied on the 8 hr Tour. 5 passengers can be accommodated on an Eco Tour.
