Step off the plane and visit the welcoming team of the Brisbane International Airport Visitor Information Centre (VIC). Located in the heart of the Arrivals Level Two, their friendly, professional and experienced staff can help you with a variety of information ranging from the basic 'Which way to the bus stop?" to on-the-spot itinerary creations, assistance with lost property within the terminal and bookings for: accommodation, tours, attractions, dinner and show packages. The staff are equipped with a plasma screen of information on transport and attractions, maps, brochures of local products and the Regional Guides for travellers travelling on to experience their diverse and adventurous Queensland! Also part of the VIC services is the Brisbane Airport Ambassadors, a great team of trained volunteers who roam the International Terminal floors pre-empting visitors’ needs and assisting in any way possible. The VIC is open to meet every arriving flight, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. As long as there are arriving flights, they are there to help!
