One Oceanview is a small luxury hotel style accommodation in a private residence set on 1800 square metres of incredible oceanfront land. Stay from one night to several with the option to indulge in their gourmet breakfast personally prepared and served pool side - or if you prefer, enjoy the convenience of a sophisticated kitchen while taking in the breath taking views. One Oceanview offers five private suites/bedrooms, all with Italian marble bathrooms, superior fixtures and fittings, high quality linen and fluffy towels. Guests have access to all the public areas of the property including two formal lounge rooms, a fully equipped guest kitchen, several guest bathrooms, swimming pool deck with outdoor seating and lounge chairs, and outdoor balconies/seating areas with beautiful views of the Whitsunday Islands. Five elegant suites available each with private bathrooms, robe, slippers, amenities and television, 20-metre wet-edge pool with outdoor dining and leisure area, two formal dining areas and open-plan lounges with floor-to-ceiling glass wall, secure undercover parking and complimentary WIFI.

Cancellation Policy
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: The name on the credit card must match the booking name. This card must be produced on arrival for verification at check-in. One Oceanview has a NO PARTY POLICY. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you are booking the room for use for a PARTY EVENT or GATHERING. Strict security and eviction procedures are in place. Payment A $200 non-refundable deposit per room is charged at the time of booking. Remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 14 days prior to your arrival. Payment in another form must be confirmed with our Reservations department prior to this date. Visa & Mastercard payments will incur a 2% surcharge. American Express payments will incur a 3.95% surcharge. No other cards accepted. Cancellation Up to 14 days prior to arrival: Loss of $200 deposit paid per room 14 days -48 hours prior to arrival: 50% of total booking value Within 48 hours: 100% of total booking value No shows and cancellations after check-in: 100% of total booking value No shows: A no show is defined as a booking that does not check-in on the scheduled day of arrival. All no show bookings will be cancelled and the room will not be available for check-in after the scheduled arrival date. No refund will be provided to no show bookings with 100% of the pre-paid reservation charged as a cancellation fee. We always recommend you contact the property should your travel plans change. Amendments No amendments permitted within 14 days of arrival. By making this booking you agree to the rates booked and understand that no reduction in booked rates will be considered. All date and room type amendments are subject to availability at the time of request and may be subject to increased nightly room rates.
